Pure Chat, Inc. (“”): is a data collection “chatbot” that collects user input and sends a transcript to us. This is a third-party service that we do not control. collects the information and stores it on its own server, which we have no control over. As such, you should only submit non-confidential contact information and the type of legal services you are inquiring about through the chatbot. Practice Panther: is a client management system (CMS) that we use to provide services to our potential clients, clients, and others. It also serves as our “Client Intake” form and automatically adds your input into the CMS. This is a third-party service that we do not control. As such, you should only submit non-confidential contact information and the type of legal services you are inquiring about through the “Client Intake” form. Visitors’ GDPR Rights

Please note, we do not provide any services or goods to the European Union. While you may access the Service from anywhere in the world, we do not solicit nor do we anticipate any work with an individual outside of the United States. Your visit to the Service is your decision alone. Since the practice of law is limited to state specific requirements and our work is dedicated to individuals located in select states, if you are a citizen of the European Union we encourage you to search for a law firm that can provide you the services you seek.

We are obligated under legal ethics rules to not disclose confidential and privileged attorney client communication. As previously noted, we encourage you to not disclose this type of information on the Service. The Service does not address anyone under the age of 18. As such, we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
