Scott Welch recently assisted my wife and I in completing a trust. He made the process easy, was well organized, and was always available for questions, which he welcomed. He knows his business, and spent considerable time explaining to my wife and I the details of a trust. His fees, to my understanding, are mostly flat rate, and very fair.
