Scott at Welch Law LSL was kind enough to help my mom and I out through a very difficult time, giving us proper advice and guidance. We are grateful Scott, for your advocacy. Also and especially, in dealing with my mom who has early onset dementia, so often things stated are odd or skewed. Patience and being a good listener in that case, was truly a virtue. Your perseverance was appreciated. It was nice to meet Kelly, and realize she was unaware about my mom. Dementia does not define my mom who is awesome, and so sorry about that to Kelly as I know it was kind of odd. If you have anything that has to do with contracts, estates, wills, contact this attorney immediately. You need him. Finding an attorney who specializes in what Scott Welch does is not easy. Finding an attorney with all of the knowledge Scott clearly has, coupled with the care Scott has, is close to impossible. The first time I called Welch Law, I spoke to Scott. He spent almost two hours on the phone with me. He provided me with priceless information and details on exactly what I should do, when I asked. Scott listened. Scott Welch recently assisted my wife and I in completing a trust. He made the process easy, was well organized, and was always available for questions, which he welcomed. He knows his business, and spent considerable time explaining to my wife and I the details of a trust. His fees, to my understanding, are mostly flat rate, and very fair.
